Marissa was super responsive. The condo was great, close to beach and town, private pool was clear and clean. Rooftop pool was unique, great views and peaceful. Kitchen had everything we needed, lots of extra touches like good coffee and filtered water.

Overall we were happy with the space. It was very comfortable and we truly enjoyed the private pool and rooftop pool during our stay. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to prepare meals. The building is modern and stylish. On the down side, we were working remote and had a lot of trouble with the frequently power going out, which would also disconnect the modem. Like 15 times a day, just counting when we were there, which was really inconvenient. I have been to Tulum many, many times and I have never experienced this, so it must be due to ongoing construction on the property. The front bedroom was difficult to sleep/work in with the construction workers loudly talking on their radios and sawing things early morning and throughout the day. I’d probably come back here, but after the construction is completed.
